Wine and jazz
Wine is like music, preferences develop over time as new impressions and flavors are taken in and digested.
Usually we pair wine with food, now we're going to pair wine with music with flavors that reflect the music in different ways. Three very different wines are to be tasted to three very different pieces of music.
The session is led by the festival's own chairman, Jan-Olav Styrvold! The wine and jazz lover Styrvold works on a daily basis, and as a matter of course, as finance director at Vinmonopolet. He is the type of person who does not allow himself to be limited by a degree and has taken on many exciting challenges during his career. Together with Vinmonopolet's expertise, he has selected three interesting wines.
The session lasts about 45 minutes.
