We are looking for interns
In collaboration with Norwegian Cultural Organizers, we have the pleasure of offering an internship program for good people who want to learn more about events, and festivals in particular.
As an intern, you get to participate in a wide range of the festival's work areas, such as arena production, stage work, backstage, bar, catering, transport, security and sales work.
Most of the work will involve the practical part of the festival's production. That way, as an intern, you get a unique opportunity to work behind the scenes, and gain knowledge of what is required to organize a festival.
You get to work together with the festival's staff, crew and volunteers for 10 days during the production period 01.07.2023 – 10.07.2023. A meeting will also be held ahead of the production period.
Requirements to join the trainee programme:
- You are 18-26 years old (when the program starts), and you have great work capacity.
- You handle work under pressure.
- You are aware of what needs to be done.
- It is also an advantage if you are willing to learn and above average interested in working with festivals or large events.
We offer:
- A unique learning opportunity and experience, food and drink all the days you work, simple standard accommodation if necessary.
- After completing the internship, you will receive a course certificate and a fee of NOK. 5000.
