Notice and clerk's papers for clerk's meeting 2020
The case papers for the official meeting (the festival's general assembly) are now ready.
Time: Saturday 7 November at 15.00
Location: Quality Hotel Grand
There will be, among other things, election of the board, program committee and election committee, presentation of accounts for 2019 and forecasts for 2020, as well as the board's evaluation of the year.
