What does the public think of the Kongsberg Jazz Festival?

In the fall (2015), we conducted an audience survey to map our general reputation among the audience and to find areas for improvement for the festival. Everyone who had pre-purchased tickets via Billettservice was invited to participate. The survey was sent to over 5200 unique email addresses. 887 responses were received.
In addition to answering our predefined questions, the audience was also given the opportunity to provide general feedback and views. Here we received a lot of concrete feedback that we will continue to work on until the next festival. Review themes among the general feedback were the desire to improve transport conditions out of Kongsberg in the evening and various conditions at Kirketorget.

- The majority pointed to the festival's website and the program booklet as the most important information channels
- Friends/acquaintances, editorial coverage, newsletters, advertisements in local newspapers and Facebook also received high scores
