We round off the exhibition "Kongsberg Jazzfestival 1964–2024: A design history" with a final listening Sunday. This Sunday we offer exactly what you need on a cold day in November; Hector Bingert's Latin Lover w/Janne Schaffer (live in Kongsberg cinema, 1991) and Chet Baker Quartet (live in Kongsberg cinema, 1979). With this warm top-up, winter can only come!

The session is introduced by two veterans of the festival; sound technician Kristian Ludvik-Bøhmer and board member Åge Hoffart. Ludvik-Bøhmer is one of the driving forces who, for many years, has ensured the sound recording of the concerts at the Kongsberg Jazz Festival.

The recordings are played in Grafill's house in Oslo, with the last chance to get the exhibition we are so proud of. All the posters from the jazz festival's 60-year history are shown here. In addition, you can see programmes, releases, printed matter, merch and other collectibles from the festival's archive. We also show a selection of films and photographs from history. Well worth bringing along, in other words!

🕑 The playback starts at 14:00. The exhibition is open from 12:00 to 16:00 this Sunday. The event is free.
