Wig Wam is back!
Wig Wam was founded in 2001 and three years later they released their debut album "667.. The Neighbor of the Beast". The following year, they won the Norwegian final in the Eurovision Song Contest with the mega-hit "In my Dreams", which topped the Norwegian charts for 6 weeks and remained in the top 10 for a full 19 weeks. The band eventually became very successful both in Norway and abroad and received both gold and platinum awards for their releases "In My Dreams" (single), "Hard To Be A Rock'n'Roller" and "Wig Wamania".
In 2010, the same year that "Do You Wanna Taste It" topped the charts, the band warmed up for the mega-stars KISS in Oslo before 3 years later, on 31 August 2013, they retired and held their very last concert.
But now, 11 years later, Wig Wam is finally back and with a bang! Their latest album "Never Say Die" received rave reviews in both the Norwegian and international music press, and they have not only one, but two songs in the new DC Comics superhero series "Peacemaker" from Hollywood filmmaker James Gunn. Now we can look forward to an explosive live show at Gamle Norge, Friday 8 July!

This year, we have set up night buses on the night of Saturday and the night of Sunday, in collaboration with VY. The night buses depart from the Kongsberg hub at 01.00 Saturday 9 July and 01.00 Sunday 10 July.
The bus stops at the following stops: Darbu, Vestfossen, Hokksund, Steinberg, Mjøndalen, Gulskogen and Drammen
