mark feldman has been a soloist with classical orchestras and composed for the Kronos Quartet. In addition, he has been seen on tour with John Abercrombie's quartet, in the studio with Johnny Cash himself.
Sylvie Courvoisier is originally from Switzerland, but has lived and worked in New York for the past 20 years. She has been a prominent musician on the alternative jazz scene and led a number of key ensembles with collaborators such as Ikue Mori, Tim Berne and Tony Oxley. Courvoisier is known for having developed a number of revolutionary techniques for prepared piano, and can almost be described as the foremost jazz pianists of our time.
