Streifenjunko has been making music together since 2005, and throughout all these years, Espen Reinertsen (saxophone) and Eivind Lönning (trumpet) worked closely together to present a completely unique and original material. They have played at countless concert series and festivals around the world, including Sonic Acts, Weather, Punktand Molde jazzThey have also released 3 albums, both acoustic and electro-acoustic.
Eivind and Espen also play together in a number of other constellations, including the Christian Wallumrød Ensemble, Trondheim Jazz Orchestra and the newly started Cimota.
Rumor has it that the duo from Kongsberg is returning to the acoustic universe where it all began.
