The summer evening at Kvarten is filled with unforgettable rock melancholy when Sivert Høyem's powerful voice and gripping stage presence take over the beautiful venue right on the banks of Lågen. Soul star Aloe Blacc will close the evening. and the ticket gives access to a concert with both Sivert Høyem and Aloe Blacc.
Sivert Høyem can look back on more than 25 years as the leading voice of Norwegian rock with both Madrugada and his own solo career. Now he is getting ready to captivate the audience when he inaugurates the new venue Kvarten during the Kongsberg Jazz Festival in 2025!
With his latest album ON AN ISLAND (2024), recorded in the legendary Zoar church in Nyksund, Høyem once again proved why he is considered one of the most distinctive voices in recent Norwegian music history. The album was praised by critics for its raw and melancholic beauty, and marked a new milestone in an already interesting artist career, both at home and abroad. The latest album addition to his solo discography, DANCING HEADLIGHTS, will be released on February 7, with the single "Love vs. The World" out now.
Højem's music is timeless, melancholic and has the ability to transport the listener to Northern Norwegian landscapes, where the wind howls and the nights are long. With songs like "Prisoner of the Road", "Moon Landing", "Into the Sea" and the iconic Madrugada classic "Majesty", we promise a concert experience that will be an evening for the memory books!

- The ticket will be valid for both Aloe Blacc and Sivert Høyem.
- A discounted 2-day ticket for Kvarten is also available. This will also include Grace Jones and Fay Wildhagen on Saturday!
- Festival pass and Day pass on Friday also give access to Kvarten.
- Remember that both festival passes, day passes and Kvartenpasses must be exchanged for wristbands at our sales booth in Flerbrukskrysset BEFORE you go to the concert.
- The age limit at Kvarten is 18 years. Valid ID must be presented.

- Accessibility: There will be a separate HC ramp on site, with a dedicated HC toilet right next to the ramp.
