HEATHER is an acoustic quintet that plays original songs inspired by film music, hymns and the sound of the Nordic jazz scene. The framework for the songs is laid by musical director Oskar Lindberget, but is arranged collectively in the band. Built on piano ostinates and instrument-switching polyphonic lines, the quintet sounds varied and beautiful – just like the hardy shrub growth it's named after.

Oskar Lindberget – saxophones, Emil Bø – trombone, Sondre Moshagen – piano, Håkon Huldt-Nystrøm – double bass, Jon Espelid – drums

Concert start: 14:00
