Serendipity: Kanaan & Vegard Lien Bjerkan

The Oslo band Kanaan plays suggestive rock jazz, with references to seventies psychedelia, kraut rock and jazz improvisation. The guitar trio uses the entire dynamic spectrum from delicate, melodic parts to bone-chilling riffs, a mix that really comes into its own in the concert format. Through a number of applauded concerts all over the country, they have made a name for themselves as a live band worth seeing.
