"LetterOne 'RISING STARS' Jazz Award"
In the autumn of 2018, musicians could submit entries to be considered for the annual jazz prize 'RISING STARS'. Over 230 musicians took part in the assessment process, which became 25 after the seven festivals had cast their votes. The final vote was carried out by a professional jury.
The jury states that it was not easy to select one candidate from the 25, but Brandeis convinced them with his outstanding musicianship and innovative approach. They are quite sure that we will hear a lot from him in the future.
