The fine vocalist Heidi Skjerve from Rennebu has roamed the forests of Trønder in search of old tunes, songs, hymn tunes, songs and poems. The result has been extremely beautiful and original. Here there is seriousness and banter, longing and closeness, rest and comfort, life wisdom and wonder. To convey these lyrics, Heidi Skjerve has brought some of our finest jazz musicians with her. This is Norway's answer to 'Jazz in Swedish', this is folk music jazz at its finest.
