Minyo Crusaders is a wild and eccentric mix of Japanese folk music, boogaloo, Thai pop, Ethio jazz, Afro funk and Caribbean rhythms. The ten-man band has grown to become a cult sensation, and if you've ever been to a concert with this musical mix of genres, you'll surely never forget it!

The band is one of the most sensational to appear on the Japanese music scene in recent years. Their first record "Echoes of Japan" from 2019 has garnered praise all over the world, and the well-known DJ and radio host Gilles Peterson is among those who have pressed this musical phenomenon to his chest.
