Kongsberg Storband is constantly developing and entering into new collaborations to achieve this. For this year's festival, the Storband has entered into a collaboration with the well-known artist Kim Fairchild.
Singer and actress Kim Fairchild was raised on Askøy outside Bergen.
She has performed on various television programs, such as Beat for Beat, MGP and Lollipop. Her style varies from jazz to blues and power soul.
In recent years, Kim has regularly toured Norway with the show "All of Me", the story of Billie Holiday, to full houses in Oslo, Ålesund, Bergen, Trondheim and Stavanger.
