Children's Day: Kanaan – The Galaxy's Best Rock Concert
Join us on a journey through space, in search of the lost sounds of rock.

In The Galaxy's Best Rock Concert, we meet the intergalactic rock band Kanaan, who travel around in their touring spaceship to play concerts for cheering fans in all sorts of solar systems and galaxies.
But suddenly things go wrong: a meteor hits and creates a huge explosion, and all the rock sounds are scattered to unknown parts of the universe! The audience is taken on a journey through space, and together with the children, Kanaan explores new, unknown planets in search of the lost rock sounds. Along the way, the audience is involved in various ways, from trying out a real therimin to pressing the galaxy's biggest fuzz pedal!
The Norwegian experimental rock trio Kanaan has released a number of albums in recent years, won the Spellemann in rock award and played hundreds of concerts in Norway and Europe. Now Kanaan is touring with a brand new and special project: Together with vocalist and mellotronist Hedda Hammer Myhre, they have created a psychedelic children's concert - a performance of cosmic dimensions, which will appeal to both young and old.
