Each day starts with Jazz talk from the stage, where current festival artists and other festival people are interviewed by Audun Vinger and Filip Roshauw.
Today's guests:
Nils Petter Molvær – he plays the trumpet. Among other things, at the opening concert with Inazuma.
Albert Baker – local drumming talent performing at Jazzboksen later on Wednesday. This is a guy we've already heard good things about!
Reidun Ottersen – singer and songwriter at the busy intersection of pop, folk and improvisation. She plays with her own great quartet on Thursday and will join us in the box on the first day of the festival!
Eva M. Vincent – as everyone knows, there wouldn't be a festival without Frivilligheten. Eva M. Vincent is a legendary figure from many different contexts around the country, it's almost like a lifestyle, and in Kongsberg the festival doesn't really start until you're greeted by this cheerful employee at Energimølla. But what drives her? We're talking about music-cravings and standing up for culture.
