In November, Jazzfilm friend Arne B Rostad's new film about the drumming legend Paolo Vinaccia premieres, but already on Friday during the festival we get a sneak peek at the film that has been in the making for several years. July 5 is the day 5 years since Paolo died. And he would have turned 70 earlier this year, on March 27.
This is not a music documentary or a jazz documentary, but much more a film about life, death and music. And about good coffee and cheese. - And about that great love. About living until you die. And that Paolo is the one absolutely everyone has heard of, but almost no one knows who is/was. Welcome to a magical hour in the pitch dark!
