Over many years, Anders Hesbøl has, in addition to working as a doctor, trained as an animator at the college in Volda. He has made small music videos for Stein Torleif Bjella, who is a huge fan of Hesbøl's distinctive figures and technique. Hesbøl has now taken the step of creating an animated version of the Bjella classic Heidersmenn - and as far as we know, it is the first time a Norwegian album has received such an honour. Here we meet Hesbøl's fantastic figures, but also interspersed with documentary material, where the not too impressive architecture in Ål is shown, plus Bjella tries to explain to us how to prepare razor fish!
