Kongsberg Storband & Malin Hoff Skjolde
Exciting new collaboration between Kongsberg Storband and musical artist Malin Hoff Skjolde.
Kongsberg Storband is a well-known feature at the Kongsberg Jazz Festival. On Saturday, it will be possible to experience an exciting collaboration between the big band and the renowned musical artist Malin Hoff Skjolde, who also has his roots in Kongsberg.
With her sonorous and powerful voice, Skjolde has worked extensively with musicals and various theater productions in recent years. She has an education from the musical theater department at the Bårdar Academy in Oslo, as well as from the Theater Academy in Nord-Trøndelag (HiNT).
The concert on the festival Saturday will feature a catchy and entertaining combination of classic big band music and newer soul and R&B material.
