Farmers Market
Farmers Market has been Norway's leading supplier of queer beats and speed-Balkan-boogie for 25 years. The anniversary is celebrated this year with concerts on stages all over Norway, and the Kongsberg Jazz Festival will of course be visited by this mad house by a band, eventually known as one of Norway's leading live bands!
The band will, in addition to pouring out of their extensive archive with a generous hand, present new melodic-rhythmic rarities and future favourites. During its 25-year existence, the band has released five records, been awarded two spellemanprize, and toured large parts of Mother Earth.
We welcome you to an evening of lots of fun playing and crazy virtuosity!
