A Corps
With the outstanding pianist Eve Risser at the helm, the French improvisational trio En Corps is coming to this year's festival.
Pianist Eve Risser, bassist Benjamin Duboc and drummer Edward Perraud make up En Corps. They play a freely improvised music on which they put their highly personal stamp. The music is often meditative, drone-like and particularly atmospheric and atmospheric. Eve Risser utilizes all the grand piano's sound possibilities, both outside and inside. Duboc and Perraud also reveal great curiosity when it comes to wringing unorthodox sounds from their instruments - without it seeming strange and sought after. On the contrary – the trio creates a musical whole in an almost telepathic interaction. The soundscapes they paint appear to be extremely attractive to the listeners.
