“From dream to reality” – or in business-speak: “From strategy to result”
is the theme of this year’s “Bebop & Business” conference.

This year’s conference takes place on Wednesday 3 July, from 10am to 3pm.
Venue: Magazinet, Quality Hotel Grand.

Bebop & Business turns the spotlight on an everyday question for both individuals and businesses: how to turn dreams, strategies and ambitions into reality, actions and results. How can we define a good ambition and guide it by a clear strategy? Is there one simple recipe for success? Is luck and courage enough, or do we need long-term planning and hard work? And not least – do the arts and business share any common ground in their formulas for success? What are the differences (if any) between big business strategies and international artist career strategies?
These questions, and many more, will be discussed by our exciting and inspirational speakers, experienced leaders and young hopefuls. 

The day ends outside in the summer evening, with a celebration of the opening of Kongsberg Jazz Festival.
