Abramaho is a jazz quartet originating from the jazz line in Stavanger, consisting of three wind players and a drummer. The band is described as "modern chamber jazz", and takes inspiration from everything from Ornette Coleman and Atomic to Norwegian folk music and shows.
The music mixes the noisy with the lyrical, the complicated with the simple, the rhythmic with the free, all with an expression that has no more complicated desire than that it should sound nice.
