Christian's Cellar is complete!

Kongsberg Jazz Festival takes place at various venues in the city, among others Christians kjeller. At Christians Kjeller you will find Kongsberg's nicest backyard, their very own microbrewery and music with a focus on blues. At these concerts it is set 20 years of age (free age limit at Poesioasen).

Directly from Cape Town in South Africa comes the singer Xoliswa Tom who, together with fiddler nominee Ulf Myrvold, will raise the roof in the backyard of Christians Kjeller during this year's festival. The last time Ulf played at Christians Kjeller during the Kongsberg Jazz Festival, an audience record was set.

Get ready for a terrific evening in the city's finest backyard restaurant

From New Orleans, across Mississippi, and to Memphris - Vidar Busk, Daniel Eriksen and Stig Sjøstrøm have almost been welcomed as heroes, both by the public and local musicians. The trio's music is reflected in the band's country road - together they have served music with a deep anchoring in the southern blues traditions, interspersed with Memphis rock'n roll and New Orleans R&B.
